Fremantle Festivals and Events Competition

Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is online though the website www.fremantlefishingboatharbour.com.au or by mail addressed to Fremantle Festivals and Events Competition, PO Box 4309, Myaree WA 6960.
3. The competition closes Friday February 19, 2010 and prizes are drawn on Monday February 22, 2010.
4. Postal entries will be entered into the electronic data base by the competition organizers.
5. There are ten (10) individual prizes:
   A dinner for two (2) at:
   
   • Prize 1 - The Mussel Bar
   • Prize 2 - Sweetlips
   • Prize 3 - Kailis’ Fish Market Café
   • Prize 4 - Char Char Bull
   • Prize 5 - Wagamama
   • Prize 6 - Cicerello’s
   • Prize 7 - Little Creatures
   • Prize 8 - One nights accommodation for two (2) at Quest Harbour Village
   • Prize 9 - Twilight cruise for two (2) on the Escapade
   • Prize 10 - A high speed ocean jetboat ride for two (2) with Westcoast Jet
6. Prizes will be drawn randomly with the winners notified by email and/or telephone, and the results published on the website www.fremantlefishingboatharbour.com.au
7. The winners will receive a gift voucher from each of the participating service providers.
8. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of participating service providers and may vary in value and times of use.
9. Prizes are not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
10. By entering the competition you are giving www.fremantlefishingboatharbour.com.au permission to keep the personal details entered for database and market research purposes and to enable notification of the competition results. This information will not be used in any other way without your expressed permission.
11. An option has been provided should entrants wish to be included on a future mailing list for events/activities in Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour.
