Sculpture at Bathers
The Bi-annual Sculpture at Bathers returns to Fremantle’s Bathers Beach for the fifth time in 2022 with S@B5; a distinctively Western Australian free public outdoor exhibition.
70 artworks by 73 established and emerging WA artists will be featured oceanside, along the sand, on the boardwalks, grassed areas, in the bushland and inside Kidogo Arthouse at the Bathers Beach Art Precinct. In a new initiative, five works by WA sculptors will be displayed at Victoria Quay, Fremantle Port. A satellite exhibition by Sculpture at Bathers Chair and Founder Tony Jones will take place at the Republic of Fremantle and a new work by renowned international artist Jon Tarry will debut outside WA Shipwrecks Museum, activating Fremantle’s historic West End.
Explore the exhibition in one of our free Artist-led tours or Torchlight Tours; make your own sculpture in one of our workshops or indulge in our exclusive evening Gourmet Tour for an art experience you won’t forget!
